Registration is not confirmed until payment has been received or alternative payment arrangements have been approved in writing.

Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.
Participants are responsible for all costs associated with attendance, including travel, accommodations, meals, and incidental expenses unless expressly included.
Failure to make payment when due may result in suspension or cancellation of access to Services.

Participant substitutions or transfers may be permitted at Eyesthetics Academy's discretion and must be requested in writing.
If Eyesthetics Academy cancels a program, workshop, or event, participants may be offered:
Eyesthetics Academy is not responsible for travel costs, accommodation expenses, lost income, or other incidental expenses incurred by participants.
Eyesthetics Academy makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding:
Business performance depends on numerous factors beyond our control, including market conditions, competition, staffing, implementation efforts, financial resources, management decisions, geographic location, and regulatory requirements.
Testimonials, case studies, examples, projections, and success stories are provided for illustrative purposes only and do not guarantee future results.
Participants remain solely responsible for ensuring compliance with:
Participation in the Services does not relieve participants of their professional responsibilities.
Participants are responsible for independently verifying the suitability and legality of any strategy, recommendation, vendor, process, or business decision before implementation.
Eyesthetics Academy does not provide:
Any information provided during the Services is educational in nature and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from qualified professionals.
Participants should seek independent professional advice appropriate to their circumstances before implementing recommendations.
All course materials, consulting materials, presentations, manuals, templates, worksheets, videos, recordings, frameworks, methodologies, guides, and other resources remain the exclusive property of Eyesthetics Academy.
Participants receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use materials solely for their own internal business purposes.
No ownership rights are transferred.
Participants may not:
any materials provided through the Services without prior written consent.
Materials may not be used to create competing educational, coaching, consulting, or training programs.
Participants may not record, livestream, photograph, duplicate, reproduce, or distribute any portion of a workshop, consulting session, webinar, presentation, training program, or event without prior written consent.
Unauthorized recording may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.
Participants may receive proprietary, confidential, commercially sensitive, or non-public information during participation in the Services.
Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
This obligation survives completion or termination of participation.
Participants are expected to act professionally and respectfully toward instructors, staff, vendors, guest speakers, and fellow participants.
Eyesthetics Academy reserves the right to remove any participant who:
No refund will be provided where removal results from participant misconduct.
Eyesthetics Academy may discuss or reference third-party vendors, technologies, products, equipment, software, or service providers.
Such references are provided for informational purposes only.
Eyesthetics Academy does not guarantee, endorse, or warrant any third-party product or service unless expressly stated in writing.
Participants are responsible for conducting their own due diligence.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eyesthetics Academy and its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, instructors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Services.
This includes losses relating to:
In all circumstances, Eyesthetics Academy's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eyesthetics Academy and its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, instructors, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from:

Eyesthetics Academy shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, interruptions, or failures to perform resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, labour disruptions, illness, venue closures, technology failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with any signed consulting agreement, proposal, service agreement, invoice, registration form, and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between Eyesthetics Academy and the participant regarding the Services.
